Breakthrough continues to go from strength to strength. New activities added to the programme include sailing, dragon boat rowing, volleyball, and lion dance. Currently there are around 400 kids actively involved in one or other sports with some outstanding individual achievements. Recently one of the rugby players represented Hong Kong at international level.

Recent years saw overseas tours to Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan for rugby and Macau, United Kingdom and Thailand for boxing. For many of the kids it was the first time they had left Hong Kong so no doubt it was an unforgettable experience.

The Directors are now looking more closely at providing vocational training or further education opportunities for some of the older youths.
