Breakthrough Sailing has been operating since June 2006. With five years of continuous effort and the generous donations of four brand new dinghies by the Hong Kong Community Chest in June 2011, we have established a full 12 sailors fleet of Laser Topaz Class and Toppers Class dinghies. Our training center at Ma Liu Shui Marine Police Base has also been recognized as an approved training center by the Hong Kong Sailing Federation.
