“Sport can change lives - 運動改寫人生” Successfully Concludes forum on

The Positive Effect of Sport in Making a Difference in Young Peoples’ Lives

On a special day at the Hong Kong Sports Institute in Sha tin, more than 200 participants listened to (and were inspired by) key note speeches, panel discussions and workshop with presentations on Child Protection and Safety in Sport. Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing spoke over lunch to guests, athletes and partners congratulating the organization of the forum and the importance of sport in Hong Kong.

The directors of Operation Breakthrough and forum organizers would like to thank everyone who attended and were involved in the successful conclusion of the very first “Sport can change lives - 運動改寫人生” forum.

Special thanks and mention to the international and Hong Kong guest speakers, sport panellists, MC’s and facilitators, venue coordinators as well as Operation Breakthrough directors, staff, the Hong Kong Police volunteers and technical advisors for their support.
