Rugby weekly Update
Unfortunately the weather beat us yesterday for our old boys game and awards dinner. We are hoping to go ahead next weekend but need to confirm a pitch first. I will let you know details later this week.
Meanwhile I have some news from Portugal and some pictures. If you remember Ken, Hang Jai and Chi Hin were on the bench for the Namibia game, but in a tough physical match we lost four players early on and all three came on and played well. Ken was particularly impressive in helping bolster what had been a very troubled scrum till his arrival. Unfortunately with the disruptions due to injuries HK lost 36-12, but I am told our three lads acquitted themselves really well.
Today HK are due to play Portugal and both Ken and Hang Jai are in the starting line-up, with Chi Hin on the bench.
